Beta Participation Terms
These terms govern participation in the GreatPeople Beta program (“Program”) for food and beverage workers in Dubai.
1. Eligibility
• Open to anyone currently working in the restaurant, café, or F&B industry within Dubai.
• Participants must create a free GreatPeople account and link their workplace (selected via Google Maps).
• There are no restrictions on job title, employment type, or duration.
2. Program Period
• The Beta runs from October 20 to November 20, 2025.
• Winners will be announced within 7 days after the program ends.
3. How Recognition Works
• GreatPeople uses public data from Google Reviews to identify mentions of your name linked to your registered workplace.
• Any review publicly mentioning your name will be highlighted in your Recognition Profile.
• Participants are automatically notified when new public reviews mention them.
4. Rewards
• Rewards are based on the total number of valid Google Review mentions received during the program period.
• In case of ties, qualitative sentiment and frequency of unique reviewers may be considered.
• Winners will be contacted directly by GreatPeople and receive their reward via bank transfer or equivalent cash transfer service.
5. Privacy & Data
• GreatPeople does not collect private data beyond what users voluntarily provide when creating their account.
• The app only accesses publicly available Google Reviews linked to the business location and employee names.
• Participants’ Recognition Profiles remain active after the Beta unless they choose to delete them.
• No personal data will be sold or used for advertising.
6. Fair Use & Conduct
• Participants are encouraged to offer genuine, high-quality service to earn customer mentions.
• Any attempt to manipulate reviews (e.g., fake accounts, self-posting) may lead to disqualification.
• GreatPeople reserves the right to verify reviews or remove suspicious activity.
7. General Terms
• GreatPeople may update or modify these terms during the Beta as needed to ensure fairness and transparency.
• Participation in the Program implies agreement with these terms.
• All decisions regarding winners are final and at the sole discretion of GreatPeople.
